Federal Agencies

According to the latest figures, federal agencies cost:

$68 billion - Department of Education

$1.1 billion - Bureau of Land Management

$7.55 billion - Transport Security Agency

$5.1 billion - Food and Drug Administration

$151 billion - Department of Agriculture

These agencies are only a few but cost a total of $232 billion and are totally illegal. As illegal agencies they have committed 10s of thousands of crimes between them. We're going to take a look at just a few of them

Transport Security Administration

According to their website, The TSA screened 738,318,264 passengers in 2016. Every single airline passenger was forced to prove their innocence by passing through barriers. Among the demands they impose on people are things like

  • Most liquids over 3.4oz (100ml) inc water prohibited

  • Laptops must be taken out of the case

  • The Hill reports that the pat-down searches will be used on passengers who decline to go through the full-body screening machine used at most major U.S. airports. Basically if you refuse to be violated one way, they will violate you a different way.

First of all their is no authorization for any federal agency to insert themselves in a private establishment at all. There is not even the authorization in the Constitution to exist at all. Secondly The Fourth Amendment is crystal clear that the searches performed are wholly illegal.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Even mainstream media reports the TSA are known for sexually assaulting people.

Bureau of Land Management

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) controls 247.3 million acres (1,001,000 km2) of our public lands. Unbelievably this amounts to one-eighth of the of the country, mostly in the western states and was formed in 1946. However the federal government cannot own land apart from very specific circumstances.

Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution states as follows:

The Congress shall have Power.....To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise ike Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines,

Arsenals, dock-Yards and other needful Buildings.

But instead the BLM have:

  • Taken $18.5 million in 'grazing fees

  • Stolen cattle and slaughtered them, the most famous being that of Cliven Bundy but also many others including natives

  • Tried to seize land belonging to Ranchers many times including Ken Aderholt

What could cause them to behave in such a manner? Money. They control oil, gas and coal. All the way back in 2009 they were already making  an estimated $6.2 billion in revenues.
